Burlap Love

I lied.  I thought I would try to keep up with this, but I more enjoy reading other people's blogs and looking at the pictures of their homes!  I thought I would post my first window mis-treatments I made.  I love them.  They are on our patin doors on the kitchen.  So easy.  I just hot glued and hung them up there on magnetic rods.
They make such a difference in the kitchen.
Whatcha think?

Crystal, those are really cute. I'm loving burlap on windows and wish I had another blank window to try it on. THanks for stopping by, come back & see me again.

Did you hot glue ribbon on them? I love how you just clipped the ties. Brilliant!

Hey Crystal,

I just got your comment about my black bed. It was really easy to paint. I never do prep work. I just got satin black paint at Home Depot. (Their's is the blackest paint I have found. Some other brands look purple.) You can brush it on or use a little smooth roller to make it go faster.
Good luck!
